Adding New Clients

Build a comprehensive database of your customers

What you will need:

  • • Client or business name
  • • Primary contact information (email required)
  • • Phone number
  • • Property or service address
  • • Any special notes or access instructions

Instructions:

    Navigate to Clients
    Click Clients in the main navigation menu

    Click Add New Client
    Located at the top right of the clients page
  3. 3
    Enter client name
    Use full name for individuals or business name for companies
  4. 4
    Add email address
    Email is required for sending estimates and invoices
  5. 5
    Add phone number
    Include area code and primary contact number
  6. 6
    Enter property address
    Add the complete service location address
  7. 7
    Add notes and preferences
    Include gate codes, access instructions, and communication preferences
  8. 8
    Save the client
    Click Save Client to add them to your database

Managing Client Information

Keep client information organized and up to date

Instructions:

    View client details
    Click on any client name to view their full profile
  2. 2
    Edit client information
    Use the Edit button to update contact details or notes
  3. 3
    Search for clients
    Use the search bar to quickly find specific clients
  4. 4
    Sort client list
    Sort by name, date added, or last activity
  5. 5
    Archive inactive clients
    Archive clients you no longer work with to keep your list clean

Viewing Client History

Access complete history of all work and communications

What you can see in client history:

  • • All estimates sent to this client
  • • Invoice and payment history
  • • Change orders and project modifications
  • • Notes and communications
  • • Project photos and documents

Instructions:

    Open client profile
    Click on a client name from the Clients list

    View the History tab
    See chronological activity for this client
  3. 3
    Review past projects
    Check what work has been done previously
  4. 4
    Check payment status
    See which invoices are paid or outstanding
  5. 5
    Add new notes
    Record important information about the client or property
