Adding New Clients
Build a comprehensive database of your customers
What you will need:
- • Client or business name
- • Primary contact information (email required)
- • Phone number
- • Property or service address
- • Any special notes or access instructions
Instructions:
- 1Navigate to ClientsClick Clients in the main navigation menu
- 2Click Add New ClientLocated at the top right of the clients page
- 3Enter client nameUse full name for individuals or business name for companies
- 4Add email addressEmail is required for sending estimates and invoices
- 5Add phone numberInclude area code and primary contact number
- 6Enter property addressAdd the complete service location address
- 7Add notes and preferencesInclude gate codes, access instructions, and communication preferences
- 8Save the clientClick Save Client to add them to your database
Managing Client Information
Keep client information organized and up to date
Instructions:
- 1View client detailsClick on any client name to view their full profile
- 2Edit client informationUse the Edit button to update contact details or notes
- 3Search for clientsUse the search bar to quickly find specific clients
- 4Sort client listSort by name, date added, or last activity
- 5Archive inactive clientsArchive clients you no longer work with to keep your list clean
Viewing Client History
Access complete history of all work and communications

- • Invoice and payment history
- • Change orders and project modifications
- • Notes and communications
- • Project photos and documents

- 1Open client profileClick on a client name from the Clients list
- 2View the History tabSee chronological activity for this client
- 3Review past projectsCheck what work has been done previously
- 4Check payment statusSee which invoices are paid or outstanding
- 5Add new notesRecord important information about the client or property
